The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the city center and with convenient access to public transportation. The room was well-appointed with a fridge and microwave, which was a nice surprise. The view from the room window was open and enjoyable.
The staff, although they didn't speak English, were very friendly and made check-in a breeze.

Pension Amaia in Vitoria-Gasteiz provided excellent value accommodation with a good price-to-quality ratio. The room was well-appointed, with a fridge and microwave. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the train station and tram station, as well as the shopping center and the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering advice and assistance with parking.
